  1. Inadequate budgetary provision for the University considering its peculiar nature.
  2. Late release of funds for both recurrent and capital expenditure.
  3. Poor attitude to work which this Service Charter will address.
  4. Poor academic background of some students.
  5. Low patronage from the private sector.
  6. Low access to land for agricultural activities.
