Admission Process

NOTICE OF REGISTRATION FOR 2023/2024

Dear Prospective Student,

We are pleased to announce that registration for the 2023/2024 academic year will commence on the 23rd of October, 2023. To ensure a smooth registration process, please adhere to the following instructions:

Clearance at Your Department: You are required to visit your respective department(s) with your academic credentials for clearance. Upon successful clearance, you will be issued a Clearance Form.

Accessing the University Portal: Visit the University’s online portal at https://portal.mouau.edu.ng. Navigate to the “Quick Link” section of the portal, and scroll down to find the “Upload your Departmental Clearance” option, attach your Clearance Form, and Submit. MOUAU PORTAL will clear you after 24 hours, then you can proceed with your online registration.

The registration process is detailed as follows:

  1. Visit the University Portal at https://portal.mouau.edu.ng.
  2. Access the Admission link on the menu and click on the Admission process.
  3. Enter your JAMB registration number, print the admission letter, and accept the admission (please print before accepting).
  4. Accept and print the pledge form (accept before printing).
  5. Proceed to pay the developmental levy of N60,000 by clicking on the “PROCEED” button and generating a Remita.
  6. All payments must be made through the University website.
  7. Payments can be made via the bank or online.
  8. After making a payment, kindly validate it by clicking on the link below: Query Payment. Once validated, proceed with the registration process by clicking this link: Online Registration.
  9. After successfully paying your developmental levy, visit your department for clearance.
  10. Upload the clearance form on the portal site portal.mouau.edu.ng.
  11. Once cleared by the University Portal, students can generate a Remita for accommodation. (After payment, return to item 8 to validate the payment.)
  12. Generate Remita for school charges. (After payment, return to “item 8” to validate the payment.)
  13. Provide your SUG CARD (obtained from the SUG Secretariat).
  14. Create your online biodata and complete course registration via the University Portal Site – portal.mouau.edu.ng.
  15. Establish a file at your respective department.

    Please note that accommodation and school charges will be processed through the University Portal Site portal.mouau.edu.ng, and a Remita will be generated during this process. All payments must be validated before proceeding to the next step.
