Center for Gender, Youth and Child Development was established in 2012 to promote gender equality and equity among Staff and Students of the Institution, people in the host communities as well as the Nation at large. The Center is committed to fostering child development and wellbeing, supporting gender mainstreaming, instilling gender-sensitive institutional culture, encouraging gender responsive research and creating a working environment that is devoid of Gender base violence (GBV).
